Very nice
I enjoyed the photos and videos that were posted up. Pity that I was too many miles away in this crazy world situation.

Re: Alternator voltage
If you fully charge the battery, does it turn over and start fine? If not, the alternator is most probably not your problem.
The starter could be tired internally, and also check all your grounding wires.

Hi all! I was wondering if anyone could help with this query please. With the sump off my 1.8 I noticed that my camshaft has an orange mark on it and was wondering what this might indicate? Research online gives various opinions, from indicating an OE grind to an engineer differentiating between cam...

Re: Bop 92k - back on the road
I've seen it mentioned that the car rapidly haemorrhaged oil just before it seized, but no mention of where from. Re: Bop 92k - back on the road

Re: Bop 92k - back on the road
Yes it takes a lot to stop an A Series. This was the no. 1 piston in my Pickup when I bought it. She was still running on the other three cylinders, after the piston rings made a bid for freedom. Been dressing up the Jubilee for my Niece's wedding next Saturday.
Hopefully we will still be OK to do most of the wedding but who knows what will change ?
Covid or niece changing her mind?
Car looks awesome
