The March issue of PC they are using corrugated plastic 'Antinox' sheet or Correx is its trade name. Apparently available from DIY shops.

I've got one too, Russet Brown 1.7 HL. Not currently running and needs welding,but safely dry stored. Next on the list after the Mk1 is on the road.
