Yes that is right Chris.I think that will suit.Australia is a big place & I intend to use this vehicle so a few less revs on the open road the better.
The ute came with those bumpers & timber from NZ
I think the timber is standard,not sure about the front bumper.

I have 1 .
Just hunting up panels to fix repairs that had been done previously.
Front guards are rough,might be quicker to replace them.
If I do remove guards I get a good look at everything so no hidden rust.

The previous owner was having issues with getting it running.
I was going to remove everything that has been added over time ,expose all wiring ,then re wrap.
My Son's 6 cylinder Marina was similar,removed all the crap,put it back to how it was made.

Thanks David,traced it back to temp gauge.Pulled damaged wiring out of loom. Motor turns over,no spark at plugs,sort tomorrow. No blinkers or hazards. Slow process of checking everything,have found 6 broken connections,reattached. Have got fuel to carbie,which is good. Still got brakes to sort &...

It is better than expected but needs a bit of cosmetic panel work.
I will check it out this weekend when I have time to see how much rust is in it.
It look quite solid though.

Finally had this turn up from New Zealand

Still waiting to get this out of customs,but have acquired OD gearbox for it.

Have not decided.
Have a 6 engine but also have a rover P8 V8 short motor.
This is a prototype 4.4 engine that came out of Leyland Australia in a batch of scrap engines.
I could also put a 1750 E series 4 in it with twin dellorto carbies.
