Sorted some wiring out on TDT today. I thought the solenoid packed up, when turning the key there was an audible click from the solenoid and the dash warning lights went out, car completely dead. Turned out to be a couple of wires connected to the fusebox, two white wires if I'm remembering right. ...

Didn't someone on here retrofit SD1 wheel arch liners? Would be a good upgrade, especially for the front where mud gets trapped behind around the headlights. They don’t have them either ah, ok. There was a post on the forum I remember where someone fitted liners under the wings... to an SD1 maybe? ...

Fitted a new/old alternator on TDT today. The one I removed was only about three years old brand new! The charge light glowed on tick over and gradually went out as the revs got higher. Forty year old Lucas unit still working like a charm! Big thanks to Martin for the alternator, sent out last week ...

I think you could fit pantograph wipers to a Marina as it has the provisions for both left and right sweep.
