Agreed! One of the best wheels on one of the best colours (in my very biased opinion).

It was an Allegro

The dream was a mate turned up in a brand new car that I’d not heard they where making. ( Like that would happen ) Basically a modern version of the Allegro ( think Mini / Fiat 500) and I bloody loved it!
It was quite faithful to the original and the one he turned up in was Java green-my fav Aggro colour.

I think the current Fiat 500L could hardly be called a svelte and attractive car! And people criticised the Allegro for looking frumpy...

Replaced worn out and oiled bushes on the LT77 box. Cleaned up the Xmember and renewed the tail shaft seal.

Nice work Ben, how much lower is it than the Marina one? It looks even lower than the Ford one that I use with the Type 9.

LT77s are extremely tall! Good work Benny boy, glad that seems to have helped your ride height issues.

Mr Weedon, this talk of gearbox crossmembers reminds me, I think you had a pair of the adaptors you'd made up to fit a Ford crossmember to the Marina shell for me somewhere? I had the crossmember itself from you at the last AGM ;)
