Hi guys, another stupid question...
Anyone know what the thread is on the clutch slave cylinder...? Someone made a copper pipe up for mine and the pipe has finally cracked (I've owned the car for 3 years and it's lasted that time and more I reckon)
I need to change it pretty sharp ish as I use the car for work everyday. I was just going to make a new one out of copper pipe but figured that I'd treat myself to some new unions at the same time! It's a spitfire master cylinder which is probably why someone went for the copper pipe solution in the first place!
If I can find out what they are tonight I can go to moss in the morning and get the bits.
TIA

Re: Clutch slave cylinder
Great stuff as always Chris, ended up changing the union and reflaring the existing pipe. The main reason for the fatiguing/ leaking was someone using a 1/4" union on a 3/16" pipe!
