That normally happens to me when I include photos. However, when I open a new tab and go onto here again it shows my post has been sent, although the error message said the post wasn't submitted or something

It's happened a few times since I joined this forum, more so in the last couple of weeks though. When I post something in the thread I get a blue screen with lists of data explaining something went wrong and that the post wasn't sent. I post again only to find my first post actually went through and end up with two of the same posts!
