Sub £1000 marinas or itals - do they exist anymore??

Post by BL-NUT-2004 » Sat Aug 07, 2021 1:31 pm

Hi all

Im starting my driving lessons soon and hope to pass december or january time.

Insurance is £950 on average for me for either a 1.3 or 1.8, doesnt seem to matter.

Im earning a wage now and saving every penny - therefore I am in the Market for a Marina Mk1, 2, 3, Estate, Coupe, Sedan etc. Same with itals any engine any body shape.

Anyone have a rusty but driveable project available next year?

Then hoping to get an Apprenticeship working with British Leyland Cars (Restoration, Servicing etc) :surprised:

How may do you want? I’ve a couple in that bracket. Projects but good and sound.

Not sure what I’ll have next year. I’ve got two now that need new homes.

Best thing would be for you to let me know when you are ready and I’ll see what I’ve got.

This is a lovely 1.8 SDL that has been sat around for a while. Needs some welding and love. Would make a great project for someone.

Not running and driving, although I'd help getting it started if you were serious.

It needs to be gone sooner than later. It is outside and that isn't ideal.
