Re: four door coupe
What about a two door saloon?
I think BL missed a trick with this one -

Cool!
Well Ford made a 2 door mk2 Cortina, which was also a Roy Haynes design, and fairly similar bodywise to the Marina.

Re: four door coupe
I would love to try making a two door version of the saloon. Take a coupe, cut the rear half of the roof and boot area out and graft a saloon rear end in. Knowing BL they wouldn't have changed the front doors anyway, so no need to lengthen them! Mk3 front door glass cut to size for the rear windows, job done.

Compared to the project I'm working on now, yes, it would be quite easy!ScreamingLordStokes wrote: ↑Sun Aug 12, 2018 8:37 pmYou make it sound simple, I'll look out for your post in the Readers Projects section!Morris McKinnon wrote: ↑Sun Aug 12, 2018 7:24 pm I would love to try making a two door version of the saloon.
