Hi
Went to an exhaust shop. They suggested getting a flange laser profile cut (using the gasget as a templatel and then they would weld on extractors. Likely to be A$1300 all up. Will think a out it but looking around for a Maxi/Allegro set up.

Unlikely you'll find a Maxi or Allegro one in Australia, as they were never sold there. Kelvin Savage was lucky to find one in NZ. Keep an eye on ebay UK, they turn up there occasionally.

I dont have the flange either unfortuantely, I was going to get one cut from a gasket, using the photos I posted above as a template. Shouldn't be hard at all. I set of bespoke headers will never be cheap.

Probably wouldn't be hard to work out the pipe diameters and lengths from photos of a Maxi or Allegro manifold, then buy off-the-shelf bends and weld up your own? (not me, don't have any welding skills)
