If you make certain alterations to your account after it has been set up, particularly changing your email address, the system will lock you out until you have been reverified. This is a standard part of the system, but has only recently been a problem as not many people have changed email addresses, it is done to stop people hijacking accounts if they learn your password.

If you are going to change email addresses PM me, Ben and/or Sam first, so that we know what's going on. If you try to do it afterwards you'll find that it's too late and that you have been locked out!

It's Phil (Brocklake) here, I too have been locked out. Any chance of resetting my email as I followed the directions but still got this happen!

A bit of folded packing tape slipped around the glass and over the lock button usually does the trick...
