Aye Kev, you should see the facilities the Princess Royal Loco Trust have there, a fabulous period looking depot with an engineering workshop at the back where they can overhaul the locos. There's a library, reading room and gallery that overlooks the workshop. Could do with something like that for the Marinas.

Reynard got today off in favour of the mini

Sounds like an interesting place, have they got a good web site with a list of Locos?ScreamingLordStokes wrote:Aye Kev, you should see the facilities the Princess Royal Loco Trust have there, a fabulous period looking depot with an engineering workshop at the back where they can overhaul the locos. '77 Mini? or '78 Marina? - nice choice to have Sean. If i had that choice i'd never make it to work, I'd be eeny, meeny, miney, mo-ing all morningado28 wrote:Reynard got today off in favour of the mini

When I put the Marina on the road the guys thought I had sold the mini. I may confuse them even further and take the D Turbo in for a laugh as its not been at work for quite some time. The guys rip the p155 out of me with the D Turbo as I usually run that on cooking oil lol

Changed the oil in the saloon today, of course as soon as i'd undone the sump plug down came the rain (even though the forecast was good!).
I really like these oil filler caps with the old brands of oil on Does anyone remember Sternol?

I hope that's not a genuine old filler cap though

It took me over a year of driving before I realised the filler cap was a service item, obviously everyone else isn't as stupid as me

Re: What did you do to your Marina today?
I just took Reynard to work and back today. I need to change the top ball joint as it has a tiny clunk when braking
