I'll get back in to it eventually, it's all this rain I think. I'm always a miserable git when the weather is sh*t

Yeah, I can go with that. The Triumph is being a git at the moment and is therefore being ignored- no inclination to go out in the cold and wet to work on it! Mind you if I drove it it'd only dissolve even faster with the half inch deep coating of salt Gloucestershire CC has decided to resurface our roads in this winter (they'll have run out by the time it actually snows...) if I could actually drive it. That said I was just looking at Tony's pictures and thinking fair play to Harry getting out there and cracking on with it, he's making me feel like a wimp (I am a soft southerner though!).

Evenings are starting to draw out, another month or two and it'll be warming up 8-)

Nice work on the wheel by the way!

I'm up ladders all day painting houses so I'm no stranger to the cold;) Fine, I'll get the welder out tomorrow then and I'll put on my happy face! Can a man have a bit of a whinge about the weather? ..no, he can't it seems :rolls:

Fair doos to Harry..
It was freezing that day. The ice had only just melted. I was wearing more skins than an onion to keep warm. He was just cracking on with it.

Good man. I'll think of you slaving away out there while I'm sat by the fire with a brew...

It'll take more than some guilt tripping to motivate me!

The engine did go back into the Triumph in the dark and the rain, but that was August so it was at least warm rain.

Quite possible! One thing's for sure, our projects are not the best encouragement for someone wanting a Marina

Nice work on that wheel, looks very good indeed .

I know what you mean about the weather, it's annoying me at the moment too when I'm trying to get stuff done but never seem to get anywhere because of the rain, the cold just makes it a little unpleasant when I'm in it doing bits . Stick with it mate, I know you will, and as Chris says, I look forward to seeing TTM in July ;). I've lost my way with PDA at the moment trying to get it done for this year's shows because I've been trying to get REW to a better level than last year, but seeing your updates really gets me thinking; 'I can do it!'

My girlfriend captured my mug last weekend doing the engine mounts, not the most photogenic one of me that's for sure  :rolls:
