Chris have you still got the photo's I sent of the 1800 coupe in my local college as I can't find them. Did it have the registation plate on for inclusion on the register.

I saw it a week ago and it has been painted again to silver and a strip this time.

Yes please do add them as put a date of when owned or known about. Remember to tick the box "known but not owned" if appropriate.

Just thought I would mention I will add cars found on the internet and ones I know about once I can see what's already in the census to save Ben deleting all the duplicates

I'm working on a template for showing current data, it's going to also have some brief analysis on. At the moment it will just be for cars that were on as of yesterday evening.

Josh, that is sensible, however the data entry will be open for a few months and then I will need to collate all the non Internet entry's.. Your more than welcome to add at anytime as my version offline will automatically search for duplicate records.

If anyone wants to offer help, like Josh then please make yourself known.

Analysis will be split into a few areas:

Numbers and percentages of trim, marks, models etc

Years / Months of registration (for data that is provided) percentages etc generated..

Areas cars are now (online only)

Areas of registration (based on reg prefix)

Dates of ownership (only if data is submitted)

Scrap marker (based on DVLA data IF described as scrapped by owner)

And probably other stats depending on how good the data is.

Ben

50 cars on the census as of 14.2.13 @ 17:42. Excellent progress guys.

Is anyone in contact with the classic car mags. i.e. classic weekly and practical classics etc? Could someone tell me who the right person is that could get details of the Census into them :?:

Nor Kilroy's! :o

Is there a flag for "overseas" cars, both country of origin (iirc NorwayTriumph has an Aussie 262 coupe 8-) ) and country of destination (Malta, Norway, US, etc)? Don't want to make it too complicated, though (how do you show Norway via Malta? :problem: ).

You can add the country you are in yes. I would like to get as many international cars. If people have cars that are not form their country the they can write that in the description. I can then sort these when I run the analysis.
