Watched the BBC2 programs and wondered if there was any film of building marinas / itals. I have the BMH DVD with the marina film and wondered if there was any other.
Also, has anyone collected showroom posters and press photos? I have some but don't know if there is a definitive list. I have also kept some showroom peripheral items like BL show number plate (with the logo and model on) and dangly advertising bits. Anyone else collected any?

I am trying to build up a proper archive of stuff like that, it's amazing to see what some people have stashed away! I have quite a few press shots of early cars. One day when I have the time it will all be digitized and freely available (through the Club at least)
Would be interested to see what you have in terms of early cars!

Re: BBC Making cars live.
Many many years ago, I watched a schools programme about manufacturing and quality control. This was based at the marina factory and men in white coats showed how a couple bodywork was put together and also how they'd destroy one testing the welds.
