Leaf spring specs

I have found a company in Rotherham that manufacture new leaf springs, but i need to know the following:
Did the spec of the leaf springs change at all between Mk1 and Mk2 cars?
Is the part number 21H6714 (1800 saloon) from my Mk2 parts catalogue the same as that for a Mk1?
