Marina Coupe 1.8 4 sale

I am having to sell my 1976 Marina Coupe, MOT till dec 2008. Front telescopic shock conversion, greenstuff disc pads, plus quite a few spares.
Webasto Sun Roof.

Have original invoice when car was new and it was T Rust treated.

Bad Bits: synco on 2nd is iffi and a bit of rust on wheel arch.

Brake Pads

Only one set of pads to fit to a Marina, they are called GREENSTUFF from heritage in witney.

I use them in my Trials Marina and they have transformed the braking.

When is the next one I would not mind having ago in my 1.8 Coupe.
Mine has a sunroof would that be a problem and do we need an MSA licence.

Time Card

Not sure where we lost it, we did stop for fuel and the only thing we can think is that the wind blew it out of the car (it was blowing a hooligan)

Easter Disaster

Sorry to report we did not finish the LandsEnd Trial.

Nothing wrong with the car, it never missed a beat, we cleaned all sections up to the Breakfast stop at County Gate on top of Porlock.

We had a compulsory stop here and had to hand in our time card for 30 mins, only prob we had lost our time ...

LandsEnd Trial

Looks like we are the only Marina entered in the LandsEnd Trial this year.

We are No 558 there is a list at http://www.themotorcyclingclub.org.uk/

Our start is from Bridgewater in Somerset next friday(good Friday) night and we finish Sat afternoon in Scorrier Cornwall about middle of the afternoon ...

yes there were a few Marlins and 2 loan Marina's although we did not feature in the Ch 5 clip. Perhaps my Marina was too new (1976 1.8).

we went up most of the Hills only failed 2.

Long distance Trials

No its not a race, for class O we start at Bridgewater at about midnight on good friday and finish 4 o clock at Scorrier down in cornwall.

You are given a route book with left right marked and there is about 15 or so off road sections some of which you do in the dark.

Lands End

Lands End entries close 31st of Jan.

If your not a club member its quite expensive. £50 entry + £15 Insurance+ club membership £25 and I guess we will burn £70 of petrol thats without incidentals. And My 1.8 marina is £99 tax for 6 months.
