MMOC National 2010 - Road Run NEWS

Post by MarinaCoupe » Mon Jan 25, 2010 10:19 pm

Hot off the presses! This year we're going to visit Yorkshire - the North Yorkshire Moors National Park, Levisham Station on the North Yorkshire Moors Railway.

The dates are Saturday 3rd and Sunday 4th July. Same concept as previous years, Saturday 50 mile road run (across Heart Beat Country) and Sunday the show and shine.

Would love to run as camera car driver, as I dont have a Marina, but its a little too close to my birthday party and a little too far away from Sussex to be sensible. have a good time boys.
Not a Marina owner, built in 1985 from a 1974 1.8TC MOT failure.

Somewhat doubt I will have passed my test by July.

A shame as the scenery up there is truly breathtaking.

About 315mile from me (Worthing, West Sussex) and 5.35 hours but I will break the journey up and may stop at Peterborough
I think the 5.35 hours will be a 70 motorway speed, so longer in the old shaker  Plus little one will need a break and I don't wont the wife thumping me every half hour to keep me awake :? :|

I may have to crack in to the savings to pay for the petrol eh RUSS :P
If I use that vac gauge to save me petrol I will end up going backwards so I expect it will be in the poor section all the way:lol:

Good to see some visitors as well
