Looking forward to it and should be OK, but still a bit nervous. Or may be just excited
Well, you've got my mobile number and we will have two qualified and experienced mechanics with us so if you have any problems give me a ring.

But I'm sure you will be fine. :D

I would really love to go to this, but my permission slip has been torn up!
Are the nationals normally around Yorkshire?

Hi Frank,

Yup a good time, 22 cars set off at 10am or midday for the Road Run, unfortunately the journeys through Scarborough and Whitby chopped up the convoy with traffic lights etc., however we all seemed to make it through to Goathland (Aidenfield) and met up to swap stories etc.

36 cars at the Show on Sunday - loads of pics to follow.

We got back at 10.15pm  About 900 miles in all ( well my car did as it went ALL the way there and back  )

Only just safe and sound though-will write up something about our 'adventures' when I have time.

But just quickly-what a great weekend. Meeting up with new and old and well done to all that helped organise it and to Chris Weedon who seemed to be the busiest man there.

Glad you got back OK.
Good to catch up and meet some new people.
The only drama I had was the guy in front of me forgot to put the Diesel fuel nozzle back properly and when I went to get the petrol one the diesel nozzle fell out and put dent in the rear wing and chipped the wheel. Only a very tiny dent but made me mad
Still the wheel is touched in now so be as good as new.
