The classic car movement needs Jeremy Clarkson like Jenson Button needs a towhitch and a Sprite Musketeer....

That was one of the works V8 Rally cars, i believe it has now been scrapped, last i heard the car ended up in Wales on a Farm, the rear floor had been cut out to fit the massive drag wheels and the shell was beyond saving, the lad who was driving the car in that clip sadly died the following year in a road accident i believe so the car was sold off in a dismantled state.

Nope! That wasn't the one! The V8 works car did end its days at Santa Pod and was owned by a guy in wales that also still has the V8 pickup. This one was a different car that had a triumph subframe bolted onto it. I have a shot of the V8 coupe at the pod on my PC I think. Will dig out and show.
