Went to a local car meet.
Loads of Vdubs and Fords. Couple of fast mk2 escorts.
Sorry. Photos are crap.

What did you do to your Marina today?

Just surveyed the damage I did getting the car in the garage last night. The 'Plough' lives up to its name. :)
It must have caught on the metal groove the doors run in and it's broken and dragged the concrete!

What I should have done is gone to the show at Woburn Abbey, what I did was work on the Pickup as there was no petrol getting through. Started at the back, clean as a whistle worked my way forward to the fuel mechanical fuel pump, no fuel being pumped. Turns out the diaphragm was split.

Must be just about the engine part that I don't have a spare for.

Can't decide whether to fit a new one or convert to electric pump like the Coupe.

Removed the starter motor from the 1.3 as it's packed up.

Your local motor factor could probably help with a recon one as they were used on so many different cars.

Or try here http://m.ebay.co.uk/sch/i.html?_nkw=%28 ... rter+motor
