Ben received this email from the seller and has asked me to post it up here.
'with regards to the marina estate custom that was stolen, I picked the vehicle up and have it for sale on retro rides, been in touch with the police and the dvla and had no comebacks that it is missing/wanted. if the owner wants the car back they are more than welcome to come and collect it or i will deliver it to them, obviously at cost.

I'm not convinced....... No log book or reg but the police and dvla have told him a car they can not identify is good or hot??
