Door Weather Strip Seals
I'm looking for weather strip seals & clips for my 2 door 1.3 and I've been trying to get in touch with the guys at http://www.eastkenttrimsupplies.com but with no joy. Their shipping to Northern Ireland is coming up at £15 which, for two rubber seals is obviously a bit over the top!
Does anyone know if these guys are still actually trading? I'm not even getting a ring tone on the phone.
Alternatively does anyone know anywhere else I can get some seals? I've found a whole set on ebay but it's for a saloon and I just need the two!
Cheers

Re: Door Weather Strip Seals
Typical now their for sale as a set for a four door. I bought some not long ago and had to buy two sets as the advert stated 'this is enough to do two front doors'
anyway, the rubbers will fit both two door and four door cars. I think their made so that it don't matter whether their for front or back doors. I had to trim all four of them back as they were more than long enough.
If you'r stuck for clips I have hundreds of them.

I got some of them for my van a couple of months ago through ebay and they came with the clips, 6 for each door.
Re: Door Weather Strip Seals
Used them earlier this year to supply weather strips for a non Marina and all fine. Sent strips for me to cut to length and then fit. Ordered over the phone having emailed. Have also had a window rubber off them- again all good.

Does anyone have a spare rear one I can buy as one of my new ones I bought was cut incorrectly and is too short.

Re: Door Weather Strip Seals
Thanks McKinnon & Bryan.
The ebay seals seem a bit pricey whereas only 7.80 from East Kent. Still just can't get through to them this morning!
Are there any other seals that anyone has used that would work in place of the specific Marina seals they're selling? Would you still need the same clips or would others do?

Re: Door Weather Strip Seals
The scraper seals are fairly universal, I have fitted several sets on different cars. Using mole grips to hold it in place with a run of 9220 panel bond on the back let dry. Take off mole grips and refit window seal will be bonded to top of door so no water can get in

I've got spare second hand clips if you need some.
