On a slightly more serious note

Post by The original northen boy » Thu Dec 13, 2007 3:20 pm

Don't know how much of wandering of the subject i'm guilty of, but the great thing about the Marina/Ital owners club has always been it's sense of humuor, things have never been taken too seriously, this has always been a great strong point, and to lose this would take away a very fundamental part of it.Let's be honest if we go down this route,we all might as well get sensible cars,as Marina/Ital ownership shows you have a sense of humour in the first place!

Did I just write "oi you buggers stop having fun and pissing about all the time and keep on the serious topics of washer nuts and zinc primer"? Because people seem to have misconstrued my simple plea of not posting for postings sake and going off on crazily mad tangents on topics where people may actually be looking for answers and then have to trawl through 8 pages of "lol" and " " one word/smilie posts, as some ban on fun I am imposing.

Unfortunetly I have seen many people at their worst on this site over various issues and because of that I do have to try to ensure that things don't turn into slagging matches and I try to ensure that some sense remains on the board.

As I stated in a previous post if people wish to piss about and talk about nothing then do that in the random threads don't clog up threads that may be people genuinely looking for information.

But seeing how people seem to be blowing it out of proportion and have gone off on even more random tangents and posting for the hell of it, I did admit defeat so post whatever you like as long as it doesn't turn into more slagging matches.
