Nice one Chris!

I've been welding the pick up again today, in fact been welding it since Sunday lol. I'm hoping to hang up my welding torch by the end of the week. Just the fiddly wee jobs to weld on it from what I can see!

Stripped the rear suspension down, was just intending to fit my lowering blocks but got carried away, one thing leads to another as usual!

Finished rustproofing the rear spring hangers and floor beneath the rear seat.

Next task is to tackle the front wings and then do the main floor followed by the insides of the sills, doors etc although I'm fast running out of cavity wax

I seemed to have got a new one! :-?
Not sure where it has come from yet but it leaked a fair bit so I will be keeping an eye on it.
Keeps all the engine rust free though :-D

So have I - nice little pool on the drive this week - something else to check.

Look at it this way - its really a slow motion oil change, just keep topping up with fresh oil and it will protect the engine.

Wasnt really today as such but last Sunday. I could up load pictures till today for some reason. Anyway below are 3 pictures from Biggar Rallly, which was mobbed as it was a roasting hot day. What i did do today on one of mine was finally getting round to changing her oil. Which i did after fighting with a stuck oil filter and equally tight drain pug!. Why do they always put up a fight with a simplest jobs!. Any below are the picccs.

Wheel bearings and front brakes readjusted although now I've noticed play in the steering rack, both on the rubber mounts and in the rack itself

Oh well I've still got the recon'd rack and poly mount bushes from JWC

You will find Josh, as you go along, little things will start to show. It has been parked up for a long time and as such things have deteriorated over time. These are the things which will show now that she's being used again. Good job you have a plentiful supply of spares ;)
