Na, I still say "Destroy it" lets face it guys there are hundreds of these jelly moulds on the road and you can buy just about every panel for them. Imagine the minor does sell and some arse piece destroys a Marina to upgrade it. That would be a huge kick in the stones!

I say put it on eBay - say you are trying to save it from rampant lesbian dwarves with club feet who are determined to kick the sh*t out of it - add suitable squeaking noises - then use the hefty boodle generated to buy lotsa Marinas.
Problem solved.
Oh, PS - then sell it to the gay liberation army.

Thank you Gary for this wonderful topic.. The Minor in question was my first car, I brought it and rebuilt it over 2 years then used it on a daily basis when I passed my test.
My first car was really what got me into classics and taught me quite a lot about mechanics. The car was far from perfect but it was always fun driving around in the week then fixing or changing things on the weekend.
I used the car for about 2 years before buying my first Marina (ANP 106M) then the Moggie went into storage. I brought most of the panels it needs along with new carpet and underlay plus some new engine parts.
After a few years in storage the car is looking sorry for it's self but it is a good old shell and to be honest it has a lot of sentimental value attached to it.
I really do appreciate the Marina world's concerns but I am afraid it is staying put. One day it will be restored to it's original condition, probably concourse. Until then it will stay locked in it's slumber out of harms way and dry. After all it is not costing me anything to store it.
So there you have it. It is staying. I have no intention of selling, scrapping, bbq'in or burying. It is what it is. My first car.
It will be nice to have a concourse moggie, a super fast Marina, a concourse LE 1300 and a black tulip TC in my future garage. After all if we don't save the British car industry's history who bloody will!

Fair points Ben but I can't believe that you are restoring it to original lol First cars do have attachments so I know what you mean

Well I'd rather bugger about with Marina's than Minors by the way of modification!!

It's all been done to Moggies!
