Yes I would imagine that you would disable the lever arm, or you would effectively have 2 working dampers which would no doubt make for quite a hard ride.
If you want more detailed pics of individual parts just let me know, as I mentioned the suspension is in kit form at the moment so no problemO.
Cheers

OK,this is the suspension stuff we have been trying to design for ages.Great that it has already been done before, and by the factory. We'll take 2 sets.Seriously I am chasing the top arm & both bottom arms for my V8 Marina & Peters Bathurst 6,can anybody help us Down Under? We desperately are chasing these items.

Not wanting to dash your hopes or anything, but I'm not sure I can help.
I know there are differences between the UK and Australian cars when it comes to suspension.
I don't know if the arms are similar or not.
I have started a web article on rebuilding the front suspension - you could check the photos so far and see what you think...

As for the Princess callipers - I had to sell several of my closest family members to get hold of them, so I'm afraid they are currently staying put.
I have designs on several more pairs if I can get the owner to part with them - would probably be able to relinquish some then..
They are highly sought after here by the classic racing fraternity - and change hands for considerable sums. Needless to say, Princesses have been bought just for the callipers.
Keep in touch - I may come up with some useful bits..
Cheers,
Kilroy

Hi Kilroy,I only need the top units which replace shocks. The bottom arms I will fabricate because we will use coil overs & by the look of the Ital ones they could be a bit light for the fun they will be having. The callipers well things have a way of turning up.They didn't build just one did they?
