Jim - kinda sad that in a country full of sheep, these covers are synthetic..!

Ausmarina - still have not checked to see what the ignition system does - whether it still has points or what.
It works seemingly, and the car does start very well, so I will be interested to find out more.
Has an intriguing little switch on it...

looks to me as if it may be a spark booster which can be switched from boosted to conventional ignition had a version of it on my 1700 never worked right though :x :lol:
