I would definitely take the 10k.After all most of our marinas are fannied up anyway so they look good. The blue mk3 is definitely in showroom condition. If I had the cash I would buy it.

I agree it is nice and in great condition! Just needs that engine block painting and a bit of a polish under the hood
Seems to me to be under priced! But I am comparing that to a MK1 which I personal will pay more for as that is what floats my boat! I know loads of you will say the MK3 is the best and that's good but not for me. But certainly a nice MK3 car indeed.
I could have bought that and used it to re-shell mine and saved a shed load

She was talking about buying me tickets to TG here in Ireland, and I refused politely. BUt I WOULD go in the Marina...
Then the above scenario came into my head...

It would'nt be the TG guys I'd be worried about, it'd be the ejits walking through the car park that think its ok to bash up a Marina. As has been said before, nobody has any misconceptions about Marinas being fantastc cars, but I like the way they look and they did me sterling service in the many years I drove them so I'll always have a soft spot for them and have one in the garage.

10K? Not for a car I had any history with TBH. Now if I was offered 10 quid for the POS Kia hire car I have over here at the moment, I'd have yer hand off..

Follow it through.
Piles of horse poo on every corner - poo poisoning replaces lead poisoning, no room for catalytic converters.
38 ton wagons, hauled by teams of 20 shire horses racing up and down motorways.
Fatal accidents involving horse drawn omnibuses and pedestrians.
TV programs like Top Tack, with the Stig driving the latest Arab. Magazines like What Horse reviewing the latest carriages and Practical Classics making comparisons of carriages from the 1970s. Articles on how to saw wood rather than weld.
Formula one chariot racing, Jenson Button driving six white Arab stallions with lime green flashes on their tack. Pit stops require four new horse shoes, water and hay, timings in minutes rather than seconds.
Roll on - roll over ferries full of wagons, the Channel Tunnel has long trains of horse berths for people going home for Xmas or for booze cruises.
Men in white wagons, driving two white mares, cutting other road users up, with all the gestures and traditional V salutes.
Love it!

...Under no circumstances would I
ever sell out to that goon. One can always scrape up some more money and buy more cars, but the feeling you've been 'had' will last forever.
Anyhow, thought you lot would appreciate this link...

Chris........Thats brilliant.
Family Fortunes.......You can have the holiday or the horse and cart.
You could have a 2 step and 4 step cart and it would be in citron if it was a jubilee cart.......now I am going mad.
