Don't know about door handles, but know about nipples.
There is one on each of the front suspension bottom swivels (the corect title is trunnion), this lubricates both the verticle threaded section and the horizontal pin, there is a second one about 3/4 the way up the suspension upright on the inside, this lubricates the top swivel. Both of these should be greased every 3,000 miles or twelve months. If the steering feels heavy or it sticks anywhere, grease the suspension first before trying anything else. If the car is new to you assume that nothing has been greased and then every 3,000 miles.
There is another nipple on the hanbrake cable, which lubricates the cable inside the outer, some pattern handbrake cables have the nipple missing and guess what they seize up after a time.
So counting both sides and the handbrake cable, five in total. On the front suspension, keep squirting grease until clean grease comes out all the seals, the black old stuff willcome out first.
Buy a Haynes manual it gives a good synopsis of all the basic servicing needs and recommended fluids and greases, plus some bigger jobs; they go for about £3-£5 plus postage on Ebay.
