My first car was a 1976 mk2 Escort popular plus in bermuda blue,4 door.Loved that car,still have the documents so one day it will be resurected

a green marina 1300cc 4 door got a pulled over with 8 of us in it going home from the pub by the time we all got out the coper fogot who was the driver so we just did a runner i pick it up later that night :shock:

Mine was a 1964 Mini all steel estate (the one without the wood), FME 671B, I bought it for £150 from a pub landlord in Ventnor, great little fun car, i`ve always been fond of Minis` ever since

the first car i bought myself was an eccort rs turbo convertible in white, blew the engine and got another fitted only for it not to be running right so took it back to the garage and the boy had done a runner.

My first car was a 1963 Morris Minor VSD461 customised with slot mags and cobra bucket seats. Drove it like I stole it, crashed it, fixed it, drove it like I stole it again! Broke a marina van for Disc brakes and a 1275 for it (Opps maybe best not to mention that!).
That was nearly 20 years ago and not much seems to have changed, still messing about with old cars on slot mags!
