Awesome so I just need a front one then, I'm not too keen on understeer, but not too worried about oversteer

If your Marina is an Australian assembled one, the UK ARB's will not fit.
You may be able to use an aftermarket type - but they are quite scarce for period vehicles.
Best bet may be to find a Japanese car with something you could graft on.

Selby Sway Bars in Australia used to make bars for the Aussie Marinas. The brand was bought by
Whiteline, but now
Fulcrum say they've bought the name and manfacturing equipment and tooling.
afaik the early Aussie Marinas (badged Morris) have the identical front suspension to the UK cars, but the later (badged Leyland) Marinas got a modified upright (and stiffer torsion bars for the 6-cylinder 262). The front bar off a Mk3 should fit, if you get all the components, but the front crossmember won't have the fittings for the sway bar mounts (might just need holes drilled?).
