Bit of a treck from here, but since it's even more of a treck for the Devon lads (not to mention Jan- Ivar) it'd be rude not to make the effort :mrgreen:

Shame I didn't have the car last year when it was 45mins away really...

Woo - Hoo. If I've still got the Ital estate and its roadworthy I'll wander over; nah, I'll wander over anyway in something! Only 1/2 an hour from me.
(NB Note to Mr Walsingham.... don't you dare do the road run through 'The Saints'.... Suffolks version of the Bermuda Triangle :D )

Travelodge in Great Yarmouth Chris decided not to camp this year leaving that till IOW, we don't fancy putting up tents after a 8/9 hour drive :shock:..........AGAIN :roll: :lol:

will camping be available on site ? theres loads of room, and i think theres a pub within walking distance..

I have been chatting with Martin Wallis about going to a car show at the Air Museum in May 2012 run by the Pirates, so we can checkout the facilities. Do you think we would be welcome or is it Pirate club members only - anyone know the Pirates club?

I'll do my usual research of the area and make some web pages in the new year for accomodation.

pirates are a friendly bunch and i'll prob be there, go to most of their local shows, pretty sure you'd be welcome, they have a real bunch of misfit cars trucks bikes in their membership, see ya there


oh and i've found a campsite quite close about 5 mins away , emailed em asking if any discounts for group bookings
