Have you a link to this seller please? Had a quick look but cant find them that cheap!

Dave I have spoken to a chap I know who does exhibition stands for a living,he has told me that the NEC aren't the easiest to deal with when it comes to floor coverings. They have to be a certain spec, fire retardent etc. They can also be a bit funny about you putting your own covering down over their floors. He's had problems in the past with them wanting access to the underfloor connections etc.I think that before we use them at the NEC we had better make sure that they will be happy.
Cheers Glen

I think the flooring you describe is a foam rubber type which is cheaper and lighter than the more expensive PVC (We have PVC tiles covering our factory floor!)tiles which is great for moving around to different stands but not to sure about flamability.
Good idea to check with the NEC first or you will waste money and time
I am looking at doing my garage in PVC tile but it looks more than £550 for a 6M x 2.8M garage

We've carpeted the club stand at the NEC before with contract carpet and never had any questions.
The problem last year was that we had cut it to fit different shaped stands so many times before that it looked more like a bunch of offcuts rather than a proper carpet. So we did the stand with just the NEC floor. That's why we're raising money this time around.
Good tip around fire retardency though.

How about one or more of the pop-up blind type of banners? I can supply the logo images from the flags.

The pop up blind type ones are the ones I'd prefer actually.
Once I've got the carpet sorted I'll see what we have left!
