yes, but may need spacers as the offset is ET25 compared to Marina's ET13

What offset and size are your wheels david I am kind of thinking of going down the 15" path but unsure what width and offset I can get away with?

Offset is only part of the story, to fit the Marina front suspension, you need to look at the backspace on the wheel i.e. The distance from the inside of the wheel rim to the inside mounting face of the wheel. You should look to keep this under 100mm, otherwise you'll need to use wheel spacers to push the wheel out. If the backspace is more than 100mm the wheel/tyre will rub on the suspension upright and top joint on lock.

Is 100'm the maximum amount? So 15x7 with 0 offset would work but say 8 with a 0 offset would be the limit

Yes - otherwise you'll need wheel spacers.

Anyone knows where would be possible to make spacers to Marina? 95.25/100 and 95.25/108

The MGF is also 3.75" and you can buy conversion spacers to match the Ford fitment, try EBay or a Google
