I asked about the Cheque I sent that was never cashed for last years subs. Got last mag but I have not had any reminders to pay either but I think it is around July time mine used to run out?
If the Club want the subs they need to cash the cheques!

I can't remember when I renewed my sub but must be about two years ago now..maybe even three! It was in December but can't remember what year. I have mentioned this before as I'm as confused as I'm sure the person who deals with the subs is! At the time I got conformation and a new member card in the post, and written on the letter was "you've renewed Way early" I remember that because I was certain my membership ran out but thought nothing more of it and threw the card in a draw. I should have looked at the card when it arrived but as with most things that come through the letterbox I just chuck in the sideboard after a quick look. I'm starting to think I was right that I lapsed renewing my membership for a few months (of whatever year it was until December) so not sure if someone got the data confused thinking my membership was still valid until the following February? ..I still don't know to be honest. I was still getting the club mag and my card exp FEB 2017 so assumed I was/still up to date until the club mag stopped arriving at the beginning of last December and started thinking about it again. Have I been getting a years free membership or does time pass very very slowly?! Trust me, my mind boggles with this one!

The new mag is at the printers at the moment.

Our previous Membership Secretary, had some difficulties in keeping track of members and there were problems with cheques uncashed and duplication of members leading to several members having more than one renewal in a year and others none.

Kevin & Tania have been working on getting the renewals sorted out since late last summer and even now are coming across anomalies. Paul if you think you have a problem with your membership, it's best to contact Kevin Sheppard direct.

Been trying to renew since December! I did Email Kevin and he said I was up to date until April? I know there's no way I'm paid up until then. I messaged back to say so but no reply. I've given up trying to find out what's happened I just want to renew. The online form doesn't work.

I have just PM'd you the clubs bank details so you can direct credit.

Pretty sure the last one was December Tim. Although I've not actually seen it (might have some ramblings from me in though!).

Still not had a mag for ages, have I been forgotten, subs is up for renewal soon, will wait for my missing magazine first.

I've given up wondering where I even stand with my sub! let alone where my December issue went to

Found the last one Winter 2016- the one with the sadly now damaged turbo ute on the front Membership renewal was easy as always!
