Nice to see other interiors with upgrades. Love that radio @JubileeNut. @enthusiastic youth I have purchased a set of NOS Lucas Square 8 fog lamps which will go on soon. Alao a set of Greenstuff pads up front. Next might be a set of John Brown «Dunlop D1» Wheels followed by Spax dampers rear. I will continue to plan engine mods through the winter.

Any plans for yours?

Nice!
I have a set of ebc disc’s on mine and there was a set of yellowstuff pads but the coating it had was very thick. I would have to sand it off at the edges to make them fit so I just threw on some standard pads. By brother has the pads somewhere now as they fit his 74’ Volvo 142’s rear calipers!
Mods you say, I have some superflex steering rack bushes to fit and some new tie rods. Other than that I’m not quite sure yet. So far it has a 13 inch astrali wheel, 5.5’ slotmags and some superflex tie bar bushes. Those make a huge difference!

I do have a front spoiler laying around but I want to make some brackets for it so it mounts behind the front valance if I’m going to put it on at all.

My dad wants me to lower it but I’m not so sure I want to

Jubileenut - is your wheel 14 or 15"? Looks really sweet. Doesn't Frank have a Moto-Lita on his ST Coupe also?

Both wheels are 14" Diameter. Yes Frank has a dished Moto-lita wheel on his ST.
I still have the BL packaging and bag for my Moto-lita wheel from 1973! Not in great condition but present.

Yep that centre cap would bend my mind!
You can line the screws up 2 ways, like Franks wheel or around the circumference.

More like what I did yesterday now. I think everybody knows my Marina doesn't get used much (but it has been running better this year and I appreciate that!) but yesterday I exercised it by going to Bulwell to pick up a missed parcel from UK Mail. Which turned out to have been re-branded as a DHL depot. As well as getting a toot and a thumbs up from a passing VW Caddy van on the M1, unable to find the UK Mail collection point at Bulwell, I turned into the truck yard where I could see UK Mail artics parked up. I got re-directed to the correct car park, and also a "Very nice car mate, very nice car" from either a yard man or a truck driver out of his cab. Always makes me feel better, that.

Just got back from my weekend away with my girlfriend . Was debating whether to take the daily van or the Marina as I didn't want to put it under too much work as I'd knew it'd be a lot of driving for it (not that I was worried about it, just didn't know how everything was going to pan out) but decided I'd use it anyway . Got a lot of looks and a few photos I think too, as well as letting a man's young son and daughter sit in it and then give it a rev; him and his kids loved it which was nice ;). She performed faultlessly for the 250 mile round trip too :D. As you can see, I still need to get my girlfriend driving a Marina instead of her car, so I'd better pull my finger out and get another done for next year .

Has she set you deadline? You'll have to get one done then, otherwise you'll be the dead one

Arriving home last night I noticed the lack of a red glow when pressing the brake. It was proper fun and games getting at the switch! The tar like insulation made it awkward as it had drooped and shaped itself over the pedal box so I had to rip it out to get at the already hard to get at switch! The button on the one in PTH was stuck, so I'm thinking the contacts have either snapped inside or burned out, but I had a few replacements to choose from and all is now sorted. Not my most favorite job on a Marina!
