Beware though, on the subject of scrap.
Its not lads in Transits you need worry too much about, asive had to fend off certain groups of the community who have gone around with cartransporters literally dragging cars off and away at £100 or more atime. Usually sorn'd stuff thats uninsured/taxed etc.
So get it locked up or better still blocked in as I had to with my spare old taxi. They wont care as there's little risk to them. ANPR doesnt check the car on the back of the lorry if you catch my drift and when its melted down
the evidence has gone forever and may return as a Far Eastern washing machine carcase!
