I've never met him either, he seems to be avoiding me so the punishment is being in the calendar mwhahahha. Actually I asked him to move his car once... and it then chewed up the golf course...

you`re probably right Ben, in my experience aircraft are a darned sight dearer to restore than a Marina

Problem is, you just can't get decent pilots!
