Don't bank on it matey, the rust you see is from where I left a pile of nails on it, it's covered in green slime but that will wash off trust me!, I'll post some better pics tommorow when I've had a chance to give it a wash!
Cheers
Brian.

Just because car has washer jets in the bonnet, doesn't automatically make it a Mk 3.
It ain't a mk1 shell mate as they didn't have the small access panels above the rear arches.. and there is another telltail i can see.. big one..
Go on Gary, humour me then

I was thinking Blu-Tack, perhaps?
Trust me I'm armed with spotweld drills & my favourite new toy, my plasma cutter.
P.S. don't need to change my rear quarters on the mumford, they're spot on! :D

No, there are 3 spot welds on each side you won't be able to get too with the outer on.. If you look back at my picture with it off, its the ones that would be facing towards the screen..

What man creates can ALWAYS be reverse engineered, especially on something as simple as a marina. Trust me I've overcome greater challenges than this me old cock sparrow.

I'll let you know how I get on

P.S. I cannot tell a fib, the heater intake grille came off the mk3 coupe I scrapped, as it was in better nick than the one on the pickup, which had a bloody great crease, where something was dropped on it!

By the way, since when did Mk 1 marinas come fitted with drains in the corner?

Mk 2 drainage as standard

But some of us can find bigger & better repair sections than some

Standard from 1973-4 on, you pen1s!.. goes to inside the bonnet shut area, later went to the dash side end panels..

Spot the little holes at each end close to where the bonnet edge would be..

Well I never, I do believe you go through every day learning something new, bit like LEYLAND WHITE available as a colour on commercials only, has the same paint code as da, da, DAH, Ermine white, my mistake in running a marina pickup, then not knowing what colour it is!
