its 1 option but if something did happen with someone and it goes to a vote how can u b sure that the results are accurate and do we get to see them? Plus the fact if u have had an issue with someone all it takes is pm's 2 all vote the same way.

sounds a good idea in principal maybe not a total ban forever maybe like football yellow cards red cards etc then a sending off ?? and a period of ban to be agreed by the totally un biassed moderators

The other option is that we all act like adults and enjoy the forum for what its for !!!

OK then how about an instant ban, and forget about a vote all together, as Stu doesn`t seem to trust anyone on here at all that would be the easiest and fairest bet.. suits me, if i can live with that rule why should it be a problem for anyone else?

I agree that too is an option but it only takes 1 person to start stirring it up wether it be intentional or not and all of a sudden you have world war 3 at least if there were to be certain rules enforced for certain behaviour it may stop people just posting crap with the sole intention of stirring things up a bit........... just my thoughts

It's been agreed that people from both groups have been crossing lines in the past and that if anyone crosses lines or makes personal attacks on the forum then they will be banned.
The whole point of trying to clear the air is to start carte blanc and ensure everyone follows the same rules. If everyone just thinks before they hit submit and makes sure they are not slagging people off then in theory the mods will never come into play.
