Well didnt get round to the aerial... things were going ok it all worked and then we tried to fit it.... needless to say things did not go well!!! The guy who fitted the 80s thing had hacked it to high hell so it was all wonky... and had bent the two bits at the side that hold the dials inwards, so after bending those back out we had to fit the radio from behind (as with most old radios) however was there an easy way to fit it? Hell no!
Had to take out some of the vent pipes and jiggle it about, then finally got it on and in.... then had to refit the vent pipes.. did they want to go in? No! So had to take the parcel shelf off to get the pipes back in then put it all back together!

Oh and my dad dropped one of the dials and it fell under the center panel as I don't have a gator so we had to take all of that off to retrieve the dial!!! On the plus side I have a really good knowledge now of where every screw in a Marina is!!

I have pics but my phone battery died so I will post them later befoe Jim starts badgering me!

Yes I fixed it with magic.

Back in the real world Rob has kindly agreed to swap one with me but there are massive postal strikes so until Royal Mail get their asses in gear and get back to working as opposed to bitching about pay then I can't fix it!!!
