I got a pair of these as part of a collection of parts I brought a little while ago. Having given them
A closer inspection recently I realise the stub axle set up isn’t standard. Could anybody shed any light on what they are?

Top arm is Metro

The Marlin kit cars used a Mini top arm mounted on the Marina upright, so either for a Marlin or something very similar.
