Classics you've soon out and about

Post by JoshWard » Sat Jun 23, 2007 1:04 pm

I just thought it'd be a nice idea to say about the classics we've seen driving around or parked up etc. So far this week I've seen:
(N) Rover P6 3.5 V8S in monza red, i see this roarong past virtually every day :D
(K) MG Midget, this lives opposite my school and drives past me and my mates almost every day
(W) Austin Allegro, complete with sagging suspension being driven around the town 8)
and there's been some Marinas...
My form teacher spotted:
(L) 1300 coupe in white with filler
(V) Van
(K) TC coupe in fairly reasonable condition in sandglow
and my dad spotted a bronze Marina covered in filler.
All of these cars were on the road. Look forward to hearing about other sightings of cars :)

It’s good to see these old motors still on the road. My everyday car was a 1961 Austin A60 for quite a while and that was a total peach, very economical on fuel too but it’s now returned to its original home with its original owner as an everyday car.
Beauty with brains behind it!

A nice ending :) shame more cars don't end up like that. I was out today and saw many more cars...

MGB GT (V) Orange
MGB black
Triumph TR6 (H) green
Triumph TR6 (H) red
MG Midget 1275 green
Land Rover 109" (N) blue
Land Rover 109" grey
Citroen DS (M) gold
Citroen DS (green)

Not bad for one day, and my girlfriend didn't even mind taking a look at the DS :D
