My 1.8 has one rectangular engine mounting (offside) and one vee shaped one. Am I right in assuming they should be the same, i.e. two rectangular types? The engine does seem to wobble more than I would expect as is. Thanks in advance for any help.

The 1.8 does have different engine mounts, side to side, BL used the one with the hole in the middle was used to squash the amount the engine rocking then rocked the car. However the B Series diesel version used two of the rectangular bushes instead. If you do fit two rectangular versions then you may feel it through the car when blipping the throttle.
