Sorry to report we did not finish the LandsEnd Trial.

Nothing wrong with the car, it never missed a beat, we cleaned all sections up to the Breakfast stop at County Gate on top of Porlock.

We had a compulsory stop here and had to hand in our time card for 30 mins, only prob we had lost our time card!!!.

We could of carried on and been excluded at the end for no card but I could not see the point, so we retired and came home.

Not a lot was said between me and Dave my navigator on the way back, but I guess we put that one down to experience.
Have done these event enough times and I guess we were complacent.

A good event all the same, we need a few more Marinas entered.

how did you lose that :shock: it's never out of the car apart from when the marshal has it and even then its stright back in the car??? my driver would have left me there or put my head in the fan, one out of the two

i bet TrialsMarina was thinking of stapleing something else of dave's on the way home

Not sure where we lost it, we did stop for fuel and the only thing we can think is that the wind blew it out of the car (it was blowing a hooligan)
