Faults found and fixed so far:-
1) Fan switch replaced thanks to Jean for the donated part i just swapped the top rocker from my old one.
2) Rear exhaust box hanger broken, repaired for time being with a cut down allegro rebound strap
3) Drivers window jamming when wound down, but not on the way up, i found that the screw securing the front runner at the bottom was actually stuck to the sticky tape that covers it and not screwed into the runner at all. Once replaced the window goes up & down perfectly
4) Stuck the fake wood back on where it was curling back on itself.
5) Fuel sender over reading, new one purchased but as yet not installed.
6) Tyres, well they look ok and have passed the MOT but i would not trust any of them especially the 3 that appear to have been there from day 1 so all 5 will be replaced before i go on the road

Holy smokes that is a nice dash! Hope you're pleased, looks lovely hope you can bring yourself to drive it to the shows because in that condition it must be tempting to wrap it up!

Well done Kevin!, Glad to see you have finally got the old girl home now and your fan switch is working a treat! Have you had her out for a blast yet to blow the old cobwebs away from under the bonnet

delebrate mistake, some folk call me seen because I spell my name Sean. They say it how they see it. a bit like catchfraze except i'm not old enough to be roy walker. Maybe Frank is oldenough lol :roll:
