I have seen this car around Worthing area and it is spotless and looks like he uses it for his work as it always has a trailer attached with gardening gear inside!

Very nice. I can tell you the car is not listed as a club car, and following on from other topics if someone does know the owner can I remind you that the Data Protection Act limits how much you can post on here. First names are fine, nothing else please :)

erm... that's not really correct. That's not what the Data Protection Act is for.

I'm not really an Ital lover either but if I had nothing else then I would settle for an Ital. This one is really nice. I wonder how many miles are under its belt

Ok Rob, I know there is a sub clause in there somewhere that states domestic information collected only for that individual is exempt however if you then post that information into the public domain I think it then becomes subjected to the clauses that any data posted into the public domain that leads to the identification of an individual without consent is in breach of the act.

However I haven't read it recently so may be wrong

How about I just say that board rules are don't post peoples details without consent. Which is nice and tidy and doesn't have 13 pages of sub clauses

Re data protection, surly the board isn’t responsible for people who make postings as postings are entirely the posters responsibility and not the boards management.

Just need a sub clause somewhere on the board stating that the management take no responsibility for contributions made to the forum!

I am adding a sub-clause to that: "especially not that Ado28"

Sounds good to me.
It's just courtesy, not data protection ;)

I didn't take it as arsey :) And certainly not arguing more like making an observation
