Hi,
Does anyone know of anywhere that I can get hold of the red pipe connecting the clutch slave and master cylinder on a 1.3 1972 coupe? Or if anyone knows of anything that it is shared with?
Thanks,
Rachel

Thats not the rite one Sean  , thats the short bleeder pipe as fitted to the Itals... You need a QH BH328 or a BH323 NOT the BH321 as that one is too short..

No mate - it's too short and one end ends in a bleed nipple.

Hiya,
I bought the pipe, but emailed the guy first thing this morning just incase he hadn't dispatched it yet, but I'v not heard anything back. If he has its no problem, it will just go back on ebay as an ital part, or if anyone here needs one just send me an email.
Other than that I had thought about Paul's idea of braided hose? Is this an effective way of solving the problem?

I like the idea for the braided hose. As an alternative to a complete system. Take your old hose as complete as possible, down to your nearest commercial hydralics company and see if the will replace the red pipe with a braided hose swaged onto the exisiting pipework. If they won't do that, ask if they would make one up from scratch - it shouldn't be dear. If they will make up from scratch then let me know and I'll have one too.
If you get really stuck, I have a spare NOS pipe for a Lockheed clutch master cylinder (the pipe for the Girling ones are different).

Just use the pipe you've bought as the bleed hose and anchor it to the rear rocker cover nut. It make life a lot easier bleedin' the slave cyl.

That doesn't solve the problem of needing a new clutch hose.
