Has any one had trouble with flasher units as I have had 3 die on me in 6 months since I have been using my Ital every day, is alright to a try a diffent type one instead the little rectangle one that fits on the steering column

Are they old cans or new ? i have fitted different ones before and not had a problem , so you should be alright !!! :P

I use the electronic type (as fitted to Metro's etc) They are a 3 terminal, but the 3rd is just an earth, so earth it to the body and away you go.. The modern tin ones are cheap and burn out very quickly. :?
